Indonesian citizen, born in 1972. He was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company in 2019. He joined the Company in 2007 and currently serves as Director of PT Adrindo Inti Perkasa, PT Anugerah Aneka Industri, PT Agronusa Bumi Persada, PT Agronusa Inti Mandiri and President Commissioners of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk and PT Griya Inti Perkasa. He was previously experienced as Director of PT Agronusa Bumi Lestari and Director PT Adrindo Agro Perkasa. He graduated with a bachelor degree from California State University Long Beach, USA in the year 1994 and Master of Management from Institute Pendidikan Pengembangan Manajemen, Jakarta in year 1996.

A Japanese citizen born in 1969. He has more than 30 years of career experience, especially in risk management. He currently serves as Director and Managing Executive Officer of SMB Kenzai Co., Ltd. Previously, he worked in New York as General Manager (2017-2023) of the Risk Management Department of Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A), Inc. He joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as one of the world’s largest multinational trading houses in 1993. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 1993.

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1981. She was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company in 2019, She is experienced as a Finance Accounting Manager, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (2003 - 2019). She obtained her bachelor's degree from the Trisakti School of Economics in 2003.
